ABOUT US

To promote spiritual unity & growth in the faith of the Filipino-American community, while enriching our Filipino culture, tradition and values; we will strive to support our community with resources to meet its spiritual needs. All of these, in the Christian spirit of faith, hope, and charity as God's people.

Toward this end, it will undertake the following activities:

- Initiate and sponsor religious and liturgical activities of the Filipino-American community in close coordination with the Ministry to Cultural Groups of the Archdiocese of Miami.

- Work with other ministries and departments of the Archdiocese of Miami to fulfill the evangelization work of the Church in our community.

- Maintain and cultivate a means of communication with the Filipino faithful; facilitate an effective exchange of information; and promote good community relations with other Filipino-American cultural, civic and social organizations.

- Work for the establishment of a Philippine Pastoral Center as a gathering place of Filipino-American families for their reli gious, social and civic activities.

The Filipino Catholic community of the Archdiocese of Miami are called to share God's own life and love by virtue of our baptism. As we nurture the life of Christ in each other and reach out to all persons and groups, we strive to grow in holiness, in joy, in hope and in peace.
